I first started the LGB Fitness Bootcamp Classes in September 2010, my goals were to lose weight and reduce stress. These classes were an instant fix for me.

My confidence and energy levels rose so did my fitness. I became to love bootcamp more and more not only from the continuing support from Luke but from other women in the class.

As a person that used to be very unfit I am now training for my first half marathon and achieving great success. Thanks Luke
